Ned Miller is a guest character on NBC series Frasier. He was played by John Glover.

Ned is the first station manager of KACL seen. Bob "Bulldog" Briscoe had a physical fight with him, when Briscoe thought he was going to be fired. Miller himself was fired, after dispensing with the services of Frasier, because the station wanted to cut his high salary. He was replaced as station manager by Tom Duran.
Miller is married, but his wife supposedly hits on other men.
